Love love love Warrior Dashes (Did my first in April — signed up for #3 in October) Did you get the Endorphin rush at the finish line?!?! (or maybe it was the caffeine from the free Monsters finally kicking in!!)
This was my second one. I love these type of races! My endorphin rush started up the day before the race and are still going! lol
I am addicted to the things… I have also done the Barbarian Challenge and have signed up for the Rock ‘n Run in September… they are so much fun… especially when you are finished!! haha. I am going to have to check out your blog to see how you train.
I haven’t heard of either of those but I know what you mean about being addicted. I did a Tough Mudder earlier this year and loved it. I workout 5 days a week and my training is geared to whatever race I am currently training for. 🙂
Tough Mudder is my goal for next April… currently 1/2 marathon training with weights on my non-running days. How hard was the Mudder? Insane, right?
I’m in the midst of half marathon training as well! What one are you training for? The Tough Mudder was crazily fantastic! I def needed to work more on upper body strength for it. You will have soooo much fun!
The TM is just so long … hence the 1/2 training. i am doing the Magic City Half here in Bham. Which one are you training for?
I am training for the Nike Womens half in San Fran! 🙂
