I think a lot of Moms (and Dads) believe that once they become a parent they will no longer be able lead a fit and healthy lifestyle. Even I will admit that I bought into that mindset when my son was first born (he is now 4.5). But I am here to tell you that you can have it all! You can be a parent and lead an active lifestyle. It certainly takes a little more work and planning, but it CAN be done!
