Weekly Workout Recap #2

Another week has passed, so it’s time for another training recap!

Sunday – I ran 5 miles in 48 minutes outside and it was VERY VERY cold! You would think that I would be used to the cold since I have lived in Michigan all my life but I think I was meant to live in a warmer climate!

Monday – I ran a 5k on the treadmill in about 30 minutes. I actually got home in time to run outside before it got dark but I was still cold from yesterday. I also tried a new leg workout that I found on Pinterest. Check it out!

Tuesday – Rest day! Ahhh!

Wednesday – 3 miles on the treadmill in 28 minutes! I also did some arm and ab work.

Thursday – I woke up extra early to squeeze in an Insanity DVD workout before work. I also tried one of these as a new post workout meal.

Friday – I rounded off my week with my Pilates DVD. It was a saving grace after a very stressful work week. I always feel more centered and less stressed after Pilates.

Saturday – Rest day!
