So any guesses on which one of these I tried after my Insanity workout last week?
If you read my blog often, this is probably an easy question! I love chocolate so naturally I chose the Raw Cashew Cacao Meal first! Not only was it tasty but it was also VERY filling. Being so full off of what appears to be a granola bar was very surprising to me. I would definitely recommend CORE Meals for a pre or post workout meal because of those two attributes alone!
Never heard of CORE Meals or CORE Foods? Me either. But here is the scoop. They are a not-for-profit company that gives athletes and regular people the option to eat portable food that is REAL food instead of portable food that is junk.
