It’s been a while since I have done a workout recap, so let’s get right down to business!
Sunday – It was a beautiful day and I actually got to run OUTSIDE! I ran 4 miles in 37:02 and I also took Little B outside to ride his bike while I walked. Just in case you missed the pic of his first time on his big boy bike outside, here it is again.
Monday – Mondays are my long runs days. I did 7 miles in 69.14 minutes on the treadmill because Mother Nature changed her mind about bringing Spring to Detroit.
Tuesday – Rest Day!
Wednesday – Another run on the treadmill but this time I did 4.01 miles in 36.29 minutes. I did a one mile warm up and then did 3 miles of speedwork just to spice things up a little. Although it wasn’t much faster than my run outside on Monday. For some reason I have better time off the treadmill than I do on. After my run I also did 22 minutes of strength training.
Thursday – I had a sweat fest with Shaun T via an Insanity DVD. Insanity is always always always a tough workout!
Friday – An unexpected rest day due to being sick. Boo!
Saturday – Rest day!
Total miles for the week = 15.01
Total time working out = 3 hours, 21 minutes
