If you read my goals for April then you know that one of my goals is to eat cleaner, so when I got the chance to review the Purely Classic Recipes Cookbook from Purely Twins, I jumped at the opportunity!
The recipes in the cookbook are all free of gluten, dairy, eggs and soy and some of them are also free of grain and sugar as well! The cookbook has lots of tasty desserts that are just screaming to be baked! And if you know me, you know that I think dessert is an essential part to any balanced lifestyle!
It was hard to choose which recipe to try first but I decided to go with the Chocolate Date Macaroons because I had most of the ingredients on hand. The recipe was very easy to make and they tasted delicious!
What recipe am I going to make next? I really want to make the Protein Thin Mins which is a healthy version of the Girl Scout Thin Mints AND they are packed with protein! Yum!
Besides great recipes, the cookbook also has great tips which I found especially helpful!
And if all that wasn’t enough, the cost of the cookbook is ridiculously affordable. You can get your hands on a copy for only $6.99. Click here to get one for yourself, I know you will love it!
I was given a copy of the cookbook to use and review but all opinions are my own!
