This post was made possible by the Verizon Health and Fitness Voices program. As a participant of the program I have been provided with two wireless devices and six months of service in exchange for my honest opinions about the products. I was also invited to Chicago to kick off the program which included a hotel stay, travel expenses and an entry into the Shamrock Shuffle 8k. Click here for more info on the program.
In case you don’t follow me on Twitter and Facebook (and if you don’t, let’s connect) it is time for me to reveal the second device that I received for being part of the Verizon Health & Fitness Bloggers program!
Drum roll please……..
Do you know what that is????
That’s right it is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2! I was so freaking excited!!! And still very in awe at the opportunity to be a part of the Verizon program.
So what can I tell you about it so far? Well it is super light and thin, I can take it anywhere and not feel like I am lugging around any extra weight. At this point I have only used it for the same things that I use my phone for….social media apps, web browsing, emails etc. All of those things seem even more fun to do on the tablet though!
Chris has had some time with the tablet too as he
borrowedstole it for a camping trip that he took with his family. The tablet came in quite handy as it was the only device that had a signal (one of the many reasons why I LOVE Verizon) so he was able to use its mobile hotspot to allow everyone else to connect their devices to the outside world. Chris was pretty popular because of this!
Do you have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 or another tablet?
Tell me what things you love to do on yours and any other handy tips that you might have for me!
