You all know that I love love love the “What if Everybody Ran” campaign from Mizuno. I did blog about it after all.
I also love encouraging people to become runners because running has been such a gift to me. There is just something about lacing up my running shoes, enjoying some time by myself and accomplishing distances that once seemed impossible.
However, I do know that not everybody is a runner. Maybe you have tried it and you don’t like it or maybe you have no interest in running whatsoever.
As a runner I am here to tell you that it is okay if you are not a runner.
I think that as long as you DO SOMETHING, you can still reap the same benefits that Mizuno reported in their study of runners. Because really at the end of that day, isn’t it about finding something that speaks to you AND gets you off the couch?
Maybe your something is lifting weights, or doing yoga or even Zumba!
Whatever your something is, I encourage you to go after it, lose yourself in it and allow it to take you to places that you only dreamed of. You deserve it!
So I have to ask you, What if everybody DID SOMETHING?
And what is your something?
