I have been drinking almond milk for quite some time now and I really like it. Not only does it taste good but it is good for me and it is a great alternative to traditional dairy milk.
Until I was contacted by Everyday Kitchen Essentials I never considered making my own almond milk but it turns out that it is not as difficult at you would think.
Ready to find out just how simple it is? Well first you need to head over to Amazon by clicking here so you can get your very own Homemade Nut Milk Bag.
Now that you have your bag, we can get started.
Step 1: Soak 1 cup of almonds in filtered water (I used tap water, and it worked just fine) over night or all day.
Step 2: Strain and rinse almonds and then put them in a blender with 4 cups of filtered water (again I used tap) on high for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Squeeze the milk through the bag into a bowl. You can then return the milk to the blender and add the sweetener of your choice and re-blend.
Step 4: Pour into a glass and enjoy!
See I told you it was easy!
The bag is completely reusable AND it has a lifetime guarantee!
