I just finished up the Lorna Jane Fit Challenge! Hard to believe that 90 days has already gone by!
Overall I really enjoyed the program. I think it is something that everyone regardless of fitness level can get something out of. I especially enjoyed Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the program the most as they were more accelerated than Phase 1.
I think the program is a good value as well. As a refresher, the cost of the program is $100 and it includes the 12 week Move Guide, Clean and Simple Eating Book, a Lorna Jane inspirational tank, MNB Ultimate Fit Girl, and membership to Active Living Rewards.
I incorporated the LF Fit Challenge program into my running schedule so I used it a bit differently than intended. For the most part it was what I used for my cross training days. And although I did enjoy the program, I have to admit that by Phase 3 I was really starting to miss using weights for my cross training. The LJ Fit Challenge uses your own body weight which still gives an excellent workout and it makes it inexpensive and easy to do anywhere but I am accustomed to my cross training workouts being weight focused so it was something I was eager to get back to. I would love to see Lorna Jane come out with a follow up program that includes weight training into the challenge! That would be the best of both worlds!
