Recently I was contacted by the folks at Wantable regarding their Fitness Edit. They offered to waive the styling fee in exchange for a review on my blog. So I had to think long and hard, did I want to review their fitness apparel subscription box? YES, of course I did!!
You may remember that I tried the Wantable Style Edit last year, so I was eager to try out their Fitness Edit. In addition to being excited about trying out a new subscription box, I was also looking forward to adding new workout clothes to my closet. I have quite a few fitness goals for the new year and new workout clothes always help to provide that extra dose of motivation to keep me going.
Not familiar with Wantable? They have several other subscription boxes in addition to their new Fitness Edit box. Those boxes include a make-up collection, an accessories collection, an intimates collections and a style edit box.
As far as the Fitness Edit box goes, there is a $20 monthly styling fee that is deducted from the cost of the items you keep. You fill out your profile that includes information such as your sizes, what type of workouts you do and what type of workout clothes you prefer. You are then sent 5 items based upon your profile. From those 5 items, you can keep what you like and send back what you don’t. Interested in signing up for the Wantable Fitness Edit box or any of their other subscription boxes? Let’s take a look at what I got in my first Fitness Edit box!
Item #1: Prismsport Solid and Print Tank Rio
I am a huge fan of tank tops for working out regardless of the season and I especially loved the fun print and colors on the back of this Prismsport top.
Once I tried it on I fell in love with the fit of the top. It was the perfect size and length. However, because I typically always work out in black bottoms, I didn’t like that the front of the tank was also black. So despite my love of everything else about this workout top, it was returned.
Cost to Keep: $54.00
Item #2: Printed Legging Geometric Neon Afterglow
How fun are these leggings? As I mentioned before most of my workout bottoms are all black so I have nothing like these in my workout wardrobe.
After I put them on I knew I had to keep them. Not only did they fit great and look fun but they also made me excited to go workout and that is the kind of motivation I need!
Cost to Keep: $72.00
Item #3: Pullover Space Dye Hoodie
I am a big hoodie lover and this hoodie is of great quality and is super comfy.
The only reason I decided not to keep it is because it is black and I would rather have a hoodie that is more colorful so that I can be seen easier while I am out running.
Cost to Keep: $59.00
Item #4: Teel Cross Back Long Sleeve Tee
Unfortunately, the color was not right for my skin tone and I wasn’t a fan of the points in the back of the top.
Cost to Keep: $49.00
Item #5: Colosseum Motivation Jacket
I love the color of this jacket! It is super light weight and is very unique looking. However, I didn’t care for how short the jacket was in the front. It’s cute but it is just not for me.
Cost to Keep: $89.00
Overall I really enjoyed trying the Wantable Fitness Edit! I thought it was a fun way to try out different activewear lines and to find unqiue pieces to add to my workout clothes collection.
I am very excited about the leggings that I decided to keep. I am sure I will be wearing them both to work out in and even when I am not working out. The athleisure look is pretty popular right now so that works in my favor as I can wear my workout clothes as everyday clothes and it makes me look fashionable. 😉
