Now that we are mid-way through February, it is a great time to re-evaluate our New Year’s resolutions. Unfortunately by this point many of us have already given up on our resolutions but that doesn’t mean it has to stay that way. Any time is a good time for a fresh start.
I typically do not make resolutions but I do make yearly goals. You may remember my post about my 2016 goals. As you can see my goals are varied and encompass many areas of my life but I would say that the over-arching theme of my goals is wellness. Every one of my goals helps me to be in a state of good physical and mental health which I think is something that we all strive for!
Recently Chris and I went to Walmart to purchase some Nature Made products to help me on my path to wellness.
Did you know that Nature Made is the nation’s #1 best-selling brand for vitamins, minerals and supplements* to help support nutritional gaps and it is the #1 Pharmacist recommended supplement brand in 9 categories**? This was news to me as well, so I was excited to check them out and add them to my daily routine.
Walmart offers a large variety of Nature Made products to fit the needs of every person and all of the Nature Made products at Walmart are very affordable so any time is a good time to make a Nature Made purchase!
Since there were so many options to choose from, Chris and I decided to get a few different items. We selected the Nature Made Vitamin C, the Stress B-Complex and the VitaMelts Fast Melting Tablets Energy.
This time of the year, I personally need some additional Vitamin C in my diet to help me stay healthy. I have found that extra Vitamin C keeps me from getting sick as often compared to when I do not take Vitamin C supplements. Getting sick less often is definitely a key component to my wellness strategy. I was interested in the Stress B-Complex because I have been extra stressed lately (although I think that stress may be eliminated soon through other choices) and Chris was really intrigued by the VitaMelts.
In addition to getting a boost from the Nature Made products that we bought at Walmart, Chris and I also signed up for the Daily Boosts on the Nature Made site. Want to get in on the Daily Boosts too? Just click here, to head on over to the Nature Made site. It’s free and we all could use a boost from time to time!
Want to get some Nature Made products for yourself? I-C is hosting a contest and you could win one of 20 $50 Walmart gift cards! Use the widget below to enter to win and please note that I-C will randomly select 20 winners from all program entries and will handle the fulfillment of the winning prizes. Good luck and stay well!
