I’m the type of person that believes if you put something out into the universe, you will usually get back what you are asking / looking for.
Lately I’ve been in a bit of a fitness / running rut and I’ve been wanting to shake things up a bit but wasn’t quite sure what that was going to entail. Then one day on Facebook I saw that Julia Buckley was looking for a group of Fitness Rockstars to try out her programs and I knew that was the shake up I had been looking for.
I’ve “known” Julia for a while now. I’ve utilized her book, The Fat Burn Revolution as the workouts for my crossing training days. I follow her on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I love love love TFBR but I love Julia more. She is very down to earth, motivating and just an all around good person. She is very relatable and I think when it comes to fitness and inspiring others to live their best lives, being relatable is important but not always achieved by fitness professionals. She’s the real deal.
Now that you know how I feel about Julia and TFBR, you can imagine how excited I am to reveal that I was selected to be one of her Fitness Rockstars!
I will be utilizing her online programs and sharing my progress and feedback with you along the way. I would love for you to join me too!
