I’m a planner.
I’ve been that way for as long as I can remember.
When I have a plan I am more likely to succeed so that keeps the desire to plan going strong. However, like anyone I sometimes fall off the wagon. I may fail to plan, I may veer off course or I may not have the right planning tools in place to keep me motivated.
Recently I’ve made the switch from online planning tools to a paper planner. An Inkwell Press planner to be exact. It’s been a good switch for me. Jotting stuff down in the planner seems to take less time and I like the action of putting pen to paper. I am also able to keep track of a lot more items in one place compared to the multiple apps I was using.
My Inkwell Press planner has become my trusty sidekick. I’ve broken down the days into 3 parts: to do, today and blog. I utilize the bottom sections to track and plan for my health and fitness goals. These include tracking my water intake (always Absopure water, of course)and my daily steps; as well as planning my workouts for the week and our family dinners.
The beauty of the Inkwell Press planner is that it is very customizable. You can set it up in a way that works best for you! With 2017 quickly approaching, one of your goals may be to get organized and if so I highly recommend you get yourself an Inkwell Press planner. Speaking of 2017 goals, I am sure health and fitness goals will be on your list as well. As you can see from my planner photo, I have JuliaBFit workouts listed. This is the Julia Buckley online gym that I talked about here. To join me in Julia Buckley’s online gym click here. I am also a big fan of Absopure water and I love their home delivery program. It makes getting in my eight glasses a day easy. To find out more information about Absopure’s home delivery program by click here.
